Friday the 29th of October, the Social Design Unit were awarded SDU’s prestigious Innovation Prize 2021, for our work on designing new initiatives for prisons and hospitals that can improve conditions for prisoner children and help cancer patients’ cope with life threatening diseases.

We are very proud and honored for this collective achievement and owe special thanks to Tau Lenskjold, Isabella Tamara Hamid, Nana Koch Hansen, Maria Jensen, our collaborative partners within the Danish Prison and Probation Service, Danish hospitals and the many children, prisoners and patients who have participated over the years.
