The Social Design Unit visited Politecnico di Milano to give a workshop on Design for Sustainaible Energy Futures for 22 students at POLI-Designs MA Service Design program. The students were asked to take an experimental design fiction approach to fundamentally rethink energy provision based on energy cooperatives and community activism. We were thrilled to experience the many inspiring proposals that came out of it.

The workshop and visit took place between 12th to 16th of February and were part of our continuous work on cultivating rich educational and research collaboration between Polimi and SDU.
